Twenty-seven healthy males were exposed to RF radiation from a 900 MHz phone, pulsed at 217 Hz, at a power density of 0.05 mW/cm²., at 40 cms from the top of the head. The EMF was used for 10 minutes on two occasions, separated by 30 minutes, while the subjects were awake. An EEG was recorded for 3 hours, before, during and after the EMF exposures.

No differences were seen in the spectral power densities of the EEG, between exposure and sham-exposure conditions.
